The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954) Sat 1 Oct 1864 Page 3 CENTRAL POLICE COURT. Sarah Connolly v. Bartholomew Connolly was a proceeding under the Deserted Wives' Act, in which an order was made (virtually unopposed) for payment of 10s. weekly towards complainant's maintenance.
On the 20th instant, at her father's residence, SARAH CONNELLY, eldest daughter of RICHARD LOSEBY, of Campbell-street, Sydney, leaving two orphan children to mourn their loss. Aged 40 years.
