o'clock in the morning, John Michael Pearce, stonemason, leaving a wife and five children to mourn their loss, aged 37.

ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION,
In the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of Michael
Pearse, late of East-street, Redfern, Sydney,
builder.
NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of
fourteen days from the publication hereof, in the
New South Wales Government Gazette, application will
be made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales,
in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that letters of adminis
tration of the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the
abovenamed Michael Pearse, deceased, may be granted
to Susan Pearse, of East-street aforesaid, the widow of
the said deceased.—Bated this 29th day of March, a.d.
1865.
